I created Daves Travel Pages at first as a way to keep in contact with family and friends. As I travelled more, Daves Travel Pages grew, and slowly became a resource that other people travelling or planning to travel could refer to. The writing style that I have developed for Daves Travel Pages, is, I hope, a mix of information, insight and sarcasm. There are now literally thousands of pages here at Daves Travel Pages, and it grows steadily as I travel the world. I am currently cycling from Alaska to Argentina by bicycle, and update Daves Travel Pages once a week to keep people informed of what I get up to as I travel. It is my sincere hope, that as I attract more visitors to the website, Daves Travel Pages will generate a modest enough income that I may travel for longer periods of time.
