What an absolutely gorgeous weekend!! Both Saturday and Sunday I was up early, and on the bike by eight. Both days i towed my loaded trailer for a couple of laps aound the reservoir, so that I could get it done before  the place got too busy. On the flat, the trailer is barely noticeable, down hill it pushes slighlty, and uphill it drags a bit. There's not really much to get used too other than that really, although obviously i need to get used to towing the extra weight.

From now on, I am stepping up the training to include at least an hours cycling after work every day as well as longer weekend cycles.
