As part of my 2006 - 2007 cycling trip from England to South Africa, I spent some time in Malawi, and here are the travelogue updates explaining what I got up too.

Mbeya - Lilongwe - Once in Malawi, I cycled along Lake Malawi before heading up to Lilongwe. I really liked it by the lake, and recommend it your good self!
