Naming Your Travel Blog

Is this technically a travel tip or not? I am not 100% sure, but here's some advice on how to name your travel blog.

Firstly, I would suggest that anyone who is thinking of travel for a month or more should keep a travel blog. Its not hard, and you don't have to be some sort of computer geek to run one.

You can start up a travel blog for free at www.wordpress.com or at www.blogger.com . These are both easy and straight forwards places to get a blog up and running. WIth simple instructions, you would be able to get a page or two online within half an hour.

Choosing a travel blog name is perhaps more dificult than it might at first seem. The name of your travel blog should be not only reflective of your current trip, but also anymore that you might take. For example - daves travels to africa, might have been a good name for a travel blog, but what hapens when i want to write about something else? Naming it Daves Travel Pages worked better for me, as it then meant that it would describe past and uture projects.

Think hard before naming a travel blog!!
