Palermo – Sunday 26 August

Palermo – Sunday 26 August

Todays plan did not go entirely according to, well, plan really. Todays must see attraction in Palermo to visit was going to be the archaeological museum. However, having tracked it down, it was closed for refurbishment which was a bit of a pity, as I was quite looking forwards to seeing it. Still, I am nothing if not adaptable, and after an expresso, i decided that the best course of action was to do a little work in an internet cafe, and watch movies at the same time! A bit of eating and drinking saw the day slip by, and read a book on my kindle about expedition planning written in the 1800s. Apparantly, its important to take plenty of beads to give to the natives.
