I hit my first real headwind of the bike tour in Alaska during this day. Passing by trees bent double in the wind, I crawled through 60 miles during 8 hours of cycling. I needed a day off from cycling in order to rest my knee, which was in pretty bad condition. Buying a knee support in Fairbanks helped! A rest day when cycling from Alaska to Argentina.
