Unboxing the Thorn Nomad bike
Anyone that knows me, or has been following my travel blog for a while, will know that I have been looking to buy a new expedition bicycle for quite some time.
A month ago, I made the journey down to Thorn Cycles in Bridgwater, where I chose the one that I wanted built, and a few days ago, it was delivered to me.
As it happened, this week I was incredibly busy, and as much as i would have liked to have put it together straight away, things didn't work out for me. Still, patience is a virtue, or so they say, and after a couple of days, I go around to it.
Expedition Bicycle Out of the Box
I am used to bikes being delivered with the wheels taken off and put in the box separately, but in this case, the bike came with the wheels on – Even the tyres were pumped up!
